How to Enter (3 Steps)

  1. Follow us on Instagram: @_one_gift

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Comment tagging 3 friends (every comment with 3 valid tags = 1 additional entry).

Mentions of celebrities, brands, bots, or inactive/fake profiles won’t be counted.

Key Dates

  • Opens: 2025 November 1st 

  • Closes: 2025 December 1st 

  • Winner Announcement: 2025 December 2nd via Instagram Stories and on the original post.

Prize

  • One Gen 1 Incubator with Psychic Creature

  • Approximate retail value: 100€ (~116$)

  • Not redeemable for cash or substitutions.

Eligibility

  • Age: 16+

  • Territory: Spain / EU / International

  • Valid/Visible account at the time of winner verification (not required during the entry period).

  • No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner chosen by random draw from eligible entries using a random-selection tool.

  • We will contact the winner via Instagram Direct Message from @_one_gift only.

  • The winner must reply within 48 hours. If not, a runner-up will be selected in the same manner.

Prize Delivery

  • Shipping to: Spain / EU / USA (shipping costs covered for the winner).

  • The winner must provide delivery details (name, address, phone) privately to arrange shipment.

  • Estimated delivery: 5-12 business days after confirmation.

Moderation & Fraud Prevention

  • We may void entries that violate the rules (invalid tags, spam, fake/duplicate accounts, automated tools).

  • Offensive or inappropriate comments may be removed.

Privacy Notice (GDPR)

  • We will process the winner’s data (name, address, contact details) solely to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize, retaining it only as long as necessary for this purpose (and legal/accounting requirements, if applicable).
