1. In-Stock Products — Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it without justification. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
2. On-Demand Products — Withdrawal Exception
Under art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, products manufactured to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or damage in transit, documented with photographs within the first 48h.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at itsonegift@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return and photographs of the item (if applicable). We will confirm the return within 24–48h and send you instructions for the refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and verified, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund covers the product price but not the original shipping costs (unless the error is ours).
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item or issue a full refund, as you prefer. Contact us within 48h of delivery.
