In-Stock Products
In-stock products are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is collected by the carrier.
On-Demand Products (Custom)
On-demand products require 5 days of manufacturing. Once manufactured, they ship within the standard timeframes for your destination country.

Issues
If your package arrives damaged or you have not received your order within the indicated timeframe, contact us within 48h of the expected delivery date. We will handle the issue with the carrier as soon as possible.
