1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ONE GIFT, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or make purchases.

2. Description of Service

ONE GIFT is an online store specialising in geek and otaku products, including gaming stands, collectible figures, cosplay items and thematic merchandise from anime, video games and films. We operate in two modes: in-stock products (immediate dispatch) and on-demand products (manufactured after purchase).

3. User Account

To make purchases you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payments by credit/debit card via Stripe. Prices may change without notice, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

5. On-Demand Products

Products labelled "On demand" or "Custom" are manufactured specifically after payment confirmation. The estimated production time is indicated on each product page. These products do not accept returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ONE GIFT (text, images, logos, designs) is protected by copyright. The names and characters of anime, video games and films are the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONE GIFT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain.
